2D animator, VFX Artist (Unity3D, GameDev)

BYV games is looking for a talented 2D animator to join our teams in Kiev and Varna.

BYV Games is a developer and publisher of digital games on mobile platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their originality, engagement and fun.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of animation in Unity;
  • Knowledge of the composition rules and animation techniques;
  • Ability to draw;
  • A portfolio is mandatory;
  • Willingness to complete a small test task;
  • Game passion and great gaming experience.

Will be a plus:

  • Good knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator;
  • Experience with game particle system (smoke, fire, steam, etc.);
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating 2D animation for characters-stickmen;
  • Creation and customization 2D effects with use particle systems at Unity 3d;
  • Preparation and optimization of finished assets for integration into projects (Unity).
